1. Services Offered

Hay Shore Boat Club provides seasonal and short-term rentals for:

Boat slips
Kayak racks
Other boating amenities (as available)

Rental terms, pricing, and availability are subject to change and are posted on our website: www.hayshore.ca.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or online form.
Payment must be made in full before the start of the rental term.
Seasonal slip rentals require full payment to secure the booking.
By submitting a booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Our cancellation policy is outlined here and applies to all rental types. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Use of Facilities

By renting with Hay Shore Boat Club, you agree to:

Use the facilities safely and respectfully
Follow posted rules and regulations
Not sublet or share your rental space without prior approval
Ensure your watercraft is in good working condition and compliant with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to revoke access with no refund if terms are violated or behavior is unsafe or disrespectful to others.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Hay Shore Boat Club is not liable for:

Damage, loss, or theft of any personal property, including boats, kayaks, or accessories
Injury or accidents occurring on the premises, docks, or while using rented space
Any interruptions due to weather, water levels, or circumstances beyond our control

All use of the premises is at your own risk.
